Custer 24-inch Waterline

ARS Engineers is providing civil engineering and land surveying services for this City of Allen 24-inch RCCP Waterline located between Ridgeview Drive and the City of Allen Custer Road Pump Station. ARS services include: preliminary and final design plans as well as control, right-of-way, and topographic surveys. ARS, as prime consultant, meets with the City prior to commencing each project phase (survey, preliminary design, final design, bidding phase, and during construction phase) to ensure each phase has reviews and comments from all stakeholders.

Other services ARS is providing for the City of Allen are:

• Gather ROW documents to determine ROW including TxDOTstrip maps, City plats, Collin County plants and individual property deeds
• Review existing paving, utility and drainage plans
• Identify utilities which must be protected or relocated
• Provide a stormwater pollution prevention plan
• Complete quantity takeoffs and prepare preliminary and final estimate of probable cost based on final plans
• Establishment of a control network utilizing GPS and City published datum
• Tree survey
• Attend meetings with the City of Allen, and utility companies as needed to facilitate project design
