Awards: ARS was the 2006 recipient of the Eminent Conceptor Award given by the Texas Council of Engineering Companies for their partnership in the Dallas, "High Five" project.

ARS Engineers provided surveying services for HNTB and the Texas Department of Transportation – Dallas District, that included design surveys for this major Dallas 5-level, multi-directional interchange. This was completed by the establishment of horizontal and vertical controls for each highway. The control along IH-635 was established to cover the interchange project from Hillcrest Road on the west end to Greenville Avenue on the east end of the project, a distance of 2.7 miles. Control was also established at the north/south direction from Forest Lane on the south end of the project to Spring Valley Road on the north end of the project, a distance of 2.5 miles. ARS prepared right-of-entry letters, which were established by abstracting all properties along both highways to determine ownership and create a property owner database used for notification during the public hearing process.

ARS was also responsible for the establishment of baselines, benchmark loops, locating existing streets, drives, drainage channels and utilities, right-of-way profiles, cross-sections, soil bore hole staking, and existing bridge hydraulic openings and vertical clearances. All survey was completed on one of the busiest intersections in the Dallas area while adhering to all TxDOT standards for safety.
