Ayub has been heavily involved in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying for over 51 years. In 1984, he fulfilled his entrepreneurial dream by founding ARS Engineers, and has directly overseen its growth and success ever since.

His project experience includes highways, roadways, aviation, commercial and residential developments, water and sanitary sewer mains, floodplain analysis, bridge design, and construction management/inspection services. Through hundreds of successful projects of all shapes and sizes, he has cemented his reputation as a staple in the industry.

He has served as local society President for multiple organizations, including TSPE, ASCE, SAME, and TSPS. He was awarded the SBA Small Business Owner of the Year Award in 2009, ASCE Dallas Branch Engineer of the Year Award in 2014, and TSPE Dallas Chapter Engineer of the Year Award in 2021.
