ARS performed comprehensive SUE, Survey and Utility Coordination at this highly traveled intersection in Collin County, in support of the design of a new dedicated right turn lane. ARS utilized stationary LiDAR scanning to collect topographic information of the KCS Railroad ROW parallel to PGBT, providing a unique benefit to TxDOT.
