- 50% Employer-paid spouse/family HEALTH insurance premiums
- 50% Employer-paid spouse/family DENTAL insurance premiums
- 50% Employer-paid spouse/family VISION insurance premiums
- Optional spouse/children Voluntary LIFE and AD&D offered

Fringe Benefits** for ALL EMPLOYEES
- Raise each July contingent upon individual performance, general economics, and company
financial performance
- Bonus each December contingent upon individual performance, general economics, and company financial performance
- Biweekly pay (every other Friday) via direct deposit
- Opportunities for overtime for non-exempt employees
- $50 monthly phone allowance
