Chief Operating Officer

Jason started his career as a Field Artillery Surveyor in the US Army. His experience in the military was a springboard into many educational opportunities and continued career growth in the private sector. Over the last 20+years, he has gained extensive technical and managerial experience on transportation, municipal, commercial improvement, boundary, ROW, design-build, oil and gas, and topographic surveying projects in Texas and Louisiana. He has managed multiple offices and millions of dollars in annual revenue while in senior leadership positions at other firms. He now utilizes his experience to oversee ARS' operations and manage its growth.

Jason holds an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification. He taught Legal Principles of Land Surveying as an Adjunct Professor at North Lake College and has served on the RPLS Exam Cut Off Score Committee for the TBPELS since 2009. He is actively involved with the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors and previously served as Chapter 5 President.
